SpearsGalleryofGifts.com are served through a secure HTTPS connection using industry standard 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption.
Credit Card information is encrypted three times. When a shopper enters their credit card number in the web browser. When it is sent
to the server. When it is sent back from the server. When ordering online, your credit card information is secure and
cannot be read in transit with our online order and payment processing.

How we use Information collected from our Customers
We use an order form to gather the shipping and billing information that allows us to process your orders in an efficient, and accurate
manner, which allows us to contact you if we need more information to process your order from Spears Gallery of Gifts, LLC. We
collect contact information, such as your name, telephone number, email address, and billing information credit card number,
expiration date and billing address etc. We also collect shipping information for recipients to ensure correct delivery. We also collect
contact information for gift recipients in order to ensure correct gift delivery. Delivery carriers must have the recipient's phone number
to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with
delivery. We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing, or shipping your order.
This information is necessary to process your order and make shopping secure.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Spears Gallery of Gifts, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. The customer information collected to process your order uses
secure server software Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology.  Information security is critical to protect the security of
your information during transmission by using (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Furthermore, all customer data
we collect is protected against unauthorized access to your credit card information.

on SpearsGalleryofGifts.com authorizes to process your order for payment which you are reasonable once your order is placed.

PLACING ORDERS      
Ordering online SpearsGalleryofGifts.com is made easy for your convenience. Just browse our site to find the special gift that is right
for you or your recipient. When you find the item or items you wish to purchase, select the desired quantity then click "Add to Basket" to
place your gift in your shopping basket. You may then "Continue Shopping" or click "Checkout" to proceed with the purchase process.
Once you click "Checkout", you'll be asked to enter your billing information, choose a shipping address, either yourself or recipient,
select a delivery, payment method, and confirm your order. You will also have the option of sending a personalized message to the
recipient of your gift. Upon order completion, when your order has been processed a confirmation. Of your order will be sent to the
email address you provide. It's that easy!  Orders may be placed in advance and specify an estimated delivery date. When ordering
just place the date in which you would like your gift to ship in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. You may
place orders online at SpearsGalleryofGifts.com anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week at your convenience.  


The state of Arizona requires products shipped to the state of Arizona to be charged an 9.5% sales tax, which includes city tax.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Our Gift Baskets change depending on the season, and product availability. In the event that a substitution must be made, an
item of equal or greater value will be substituted.
We do not ship chocolate in the summer months; other delicious items will be substituted.

DELIVERY DATES are just an estimate not a guarantee shipped via FED EX, UPS, and USPS,  delivery services delivery dates
are an estimate due to circumstances out of our control. You will be notified via email if there would be a delay in processing your
order, or if your selection is currently out of stock. Express orders are available at an additional charge, which are calculated. For
express shipping rates please select the gift of your choice on our site and additional shipping rates will be calculated at check out.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please be sure when placing your orders you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip
code. A phone number is recommended to assist delivery services promptly.

We regret a $20.00 address correction charge if a bad address is provided and your order must be rerouted
to another address.  If your order is returned for the wrong address supplied a signature in required for a wine basket or any
other r reason our customers are responsible for all additional charges paying additional return shipping charges back to the
facility,  repacking charges and if your order was sent  OVERNIGHT DELIVERY, 2-DAY OR 3-DAY DELIVERY you are responsible in
paying these fees in addition, before a partial refund is issued. This is the importance you verify your shipping address is correct
before sending, and your recipient is home if a signature is required like our wine gift baskets and one can be reached is a few
days to avoid your gift being sent back then the above charges will apply.

We recommend when sending gifts to hospitals you confirm with the hospital or the patients family member the patient will be
hospitalized 7 business days if not we highly recommend sending your get well gift to the patients home to avoid additional
charges. This is our customers responsibility since they are suppling the information we send. Under no circumstances will we
refund gift baskets due to inaccurate information supplied by our customers.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes or foreign countries ONLY WHEN SPECIFIED UNDER THE PRODUCT.   
We do not accept money orders, or personal checks.

RETURN POLICY      
We guarantee you'll love our products.  If you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied, simply return the item at your cost for a
replacement, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your gift item at ORDERS@SPEARSGALLERYOFGIFTS.COM or call our
toll free number.  Your purchased gift item must be in its original packaging with the packing slip containing the tracking
number, to receive a refund the gift must be unopened and not tampered with or an additional $20.00 charge will apply.  


If your gift product was damaged when received please notify Spears Gallery of Gifts, immediately within 48 hours via E-mail at
ORDERS@SPEARSGALLERYOFGIFTS.COM or call our toll free number so we are able to handle this promptly and the damaged
product will be piked up by the same carrier  at the same address delivered for a replacement
Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Delivery dates are an estimate not a guarantee dues to circumstances out of our control. Please take into consideration when
placing your order especially during the Holidays additional delivery time may be needed.

Orders placed (Monday-Friday) before 11:30 A.M. (2:30 P.M. EDT) usually ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:30 A.M. (2:30 PM EDT) will ship the next business day.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will ship the next business day. Shipping Method is per item.
As a service to our customers, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING within the USA unless another shipping preference is specified.
Due to the increase of packing materials we now add a Fee of 1.95 per order not item listed under shipping in our checkout cart.
This provides us with the ability to continue offering this free service for our customers. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business
days not including the day it ships or Weekends & Holidays shipping delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee.
