Ordering online with SpearsGalleryofGifts.com is made easy and secure for your convenience. Orders may be placed weeks in advance
simply estimate a delivery date, place the date in the comments box when checking out and we will hold your order until its time to send.
Orders may be placed online with SpearsGalleryofGifts.com anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week at your convenience.  

SUBSTITUTIONS
Gift baskets change depending on the season, and product availability. In the event that a substitution must be made, an item of equal or
greater value will be substituted.
We do not ship chocolate in the summer months other delicious items will be substituted.

DELIVERY SHIPPING METHODS
Carriers FEDEX, UPS, and USPS provide secure and trusted methods of getting your package to its final destination
safe and secure. Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control. You will be notified via email or phone
to contact us if there would be a delay in processing your order due to missing, incomplete or inaccurate information provided, or if your
selection is currently out of stock or any other delays occur in processing your order.

Express deliverers are offered at an additional charge per item as stated on our checkout pages, for Overnight Delivery, 2-Day or 3-Day.
You will be notified if you order would be additional charges than our estimated Delivery charges when checking out for
Overnight Delivery, 2-Day or 3-Day Delivery. In some cases Overnight Delivery is not available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please be sure when placing your orders you provide complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code, recipients
phone number which is recommended to assist delivery services promptly.

We regret there is a $20.00 address correction charge if a invalid delivery address is provided and your order must be rerouted
to another address. Customers are responsible for all additional charges for return items to the facility, before a partial refund is issued.
Verify your shipping address is correct before sending, and your recipient will be home and not out of town if a signature is required on
delivery for wine gift baskets therefore a signature can be received after several delivery attempts. This will avoid returned items and
additional charges listed above before a refund is issued. We recommend when sending gifts to hospitals you confirm with the hospital or
the patients family members the patient will  be hospitalized at the time of delivery if sending ground delivery. We highly recommend
sending your get well gift baskets  to the patients home to avoid patient discharge before your gift arrives.

PO BOXES APO - FPO
We ship to all PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses through the USPS. We only offer this delivery service for our military
care packages listed on SpearsGalleryofGifts.com military gift page.
All Military Care Packages ship International, also available for shipment to any location in the USA.

RETURN POLICY      
We guarantee you'll love our products. If you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied you can simply contact us within 48 hours after receiving
your gift item call toll free 1-877-444-4438 (GIFT) if after hours please leave a message your call is important to us.
For returns purchased gift item must be in its original packaging, with the packing slip containing the tracking number. To receive a full
refund the gift basket cello must be unopened and not tampered with or an additional $20.00 charge will apply.  

If your gift product was damaged when received please notify Spears Gallery of Gifts, immediately within 48 hours after
receiving at 1-877-444-4438 (GIFT).  We will handle this promptly and the damaged product will be picked up by the same
carrier at the same address delivered for a replacement.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

SHIPPING

Orders placed (Monday-Friday) before 11:00 A.M. (2:00 P.M. EDT) usually ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. (2:00 PM EDT) will ship the next business day.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will ship the next business day. Shipping Method is per item.
As a service to our customers, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING within the USA delivery usually takes 2-6 business days not including
the day it ships or Weekends & Holidays shipping delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee until you receive your tracking number.
